Persanolly I am not a fan of the flipped classroom. To me that type of classroom is far away from the traditional style that most everyone knows today. In the flipped style you kind of help yourself and others learn the material. You can do the learning on your own. Once you do the learning you come and explain what you know. This gives the teacher a way to make sure you have learned the correct material. It will also include more activities. I do not think this style is for everyone though.

OERs are to help people learn but with out the nuisance of spending money all different types of resources. OERs give you a way to get some education resource from all over. From the site I was on they explain many types of OERs. They also give out resources for anyone to use. They organize the material as courses. The material is also for higher education. They give out wanted information for the ones who are in universities and beyond. I find it very helpful because I learn more on OERS and see a real life experiecne of what they look like. I will benefit from using this site in the future for sure!

After completing the two power point assignments, I feel that I have learned a lot. I now know how to link slides and make a fun game for the kids. I also learned to speak over a powerpoint. This is good for students online where they can hear the notes and not just have to read over them. I like being able to speak on the assignment and I liked being able to link all the pages together. I did not dislike any of the assignments. I thought that they were fun and enjoyed both of them overall.
