I think the data collection surveys could be useful as a teacher. If i were to use it I think I would use it for the students to gain practice on using excel. Like we did, I would have them go out and have people take surveys and then have them input the information into the spreadsheet. For me, it was confusing at first but I got the hang of it. That would be my goal for them as well. It will be a good learning process and will be good for them to know how to use that tool. After reviewing some of my classmates blogs I found the most interesting topics were those that were similar to mine. I liked seeing that I was not the only one with the same opinion on certain topics. I also liked when my peers and I had the same view on teaching aspects. It makes me feel better because I know that there will be some one that uses the same tools I do. Overall, it was cool to go back and reflects on the blogs we had for this class. The next technology related skill I would like to learn next is P...

Persanolly I am not a fan of the flipped classroom. To me that type of classroom is far away from the traditional style that most everyone knows today. In the flipped style you kind of help yourself and others learn the material. You can do the learning on your own. Once you do the learning you come and explain what you know. This gives the teacher a way to make sure you have learned the correct material. It will also include more activities. I do not think this style is for everyone though. OERs are to help people learn but with out the nuisance of spending money all different types of resources. OERs give you a way to get some education resource from all over. From the site I was on they explain many types of OERs. They also give out resources for anyone to use. They organize the material as courses. The material is also for higher education. They give out wanted information for the ones who are in universities and beyond. I find it very helpful because I learn more on OERS and see...

From using Diigo I have learned a new way to annotate online material. I have also learned a new way to bookmark sites and have them all in one central location. It can be useful in the classroom so students know how to annotate the sites. Also good for working with team members because you can see what they see and go over their notes from a website. All those uses can be used for individual professional efforts. A good way to stay organized and keep everything together. A power point lesson is a good way to meet all the stages of Blooms Taxonomy. First off the create will be met from making the power point. Then with all the information added it would be evaluated. Then the steps follow smoothly. The whole thing would be analyzed by breaking it down into different parts. With that I would have a worksheet with questions to follow up with the power point. This would fit the applying part. Then they could group up and ask questions from the power point to know that they have understo...
